Hi There

May is always a glorious month with the start of the European festival  
and lots of familiar faces in familiar fields ? our first of the  
season was the 20th anniversary Knockengorroch in the beautiful  
countryside of Dumfries and Galloway ? what a great pleasure. We also  
have had blinding gigs in Edinburgh?s Bongo Club and the Hi Fi in  
Leeds. These were preceded by an exceptionally successful 2008 Japan  
tour with 9 shows in Hiroshima, Tokyo, Nagoya, Kumamoto, Utsonomiya,  
Okinawa, Fukuoka. Osaka and Kyoto?.

Now we are out and about at festivals every weekend for the duration  
of the summer

May and June see two new 10 inch vinyl releases, on Deep Root we have  
the first Abassi release for some time ? the Humble Lion rhythm  
features Omar Perry, Prince David and Minoo on vocals with a heavy

Perch has started a production collaboration with a musicians website  
called wezimple.com which allows musicians to work together by  
exchanging files through
a community based website .
Producers and musicians should give the website a once over ? also  
budding vocalists can try a song over a couple of Zion Train rhythms  
that are available from wezimple.com
